Shall I take a guess? You're a career woman who loves her job or perhaps you're in it because it provides your 'bread and butter'. However, there seems to be a 'missing piece'. You feel tired and exhausted lately, low on energy and even questioning if you are indeed experiencing a burn out.

Hi, my name is Wanjiku. I am Kenyan born African Australian. I relocated to Perth from Kenya 15 years ago. Back then, when I was looking for a career, all I was told is that I would have to be either a nurse or look for a career that would 'get me papers' (Permanent residence). As a young woman who was forging her path and identity, I did followed the advice without questioning.
10 years later while working as a nurse, I knew for sure that this was not my calling. I would experience constant fatigue and coffee was my go-to beverage for my ever declining energy levels :( At one point, I was admitted to the hospital for what felt like my body was shutting down, and I got diagnosed with anxiety attack.
This was when everything took a turn, and I decided that enough was enough.
I was done surviving. I was done living from paycheck to paycheck and looking forward to days off and going on holidays 'to feel like myself' again. I was done feeling anxious about money and that was preventing me from enjoying life to the fullest.
That was when I seek coaching, therapy and attended seminars. I was desperate to learn new information. I was tired of the masculine advise that said to keep going even when tired.
It was not until I tapped into the feminine divine wisdom of my body and divine principles from the creator that I witnessed a shift in my life. My anxious days became rest inspired days. I started moving slower. Enjoying my morning coffee. Dancing. Relaxing. Smiling more. And this new me radiated whenever I went. I could sense a shift and others did too! It was freeing. I started needing less and becoming more of me.
Your story may not be like mine word to word, but you may resonate in one way or another. You are not here by accident. The steps I took moving forward was decide who I was, and what I wanted. I knew that my story was not only mine to keep, but a path to help women like you become the best versions of themselves through tapping into their God-given feminine power.

Many women like myself are programmed to take action when the circumstances are perfect. As nurturers, we are afraid that change might disrupt the care we provide to those that we love. What we do not realise is that staying the same has never felt any better. What if the action you took today will be the relief that you will feel tomorrow?
Close your eyes...
Now imagine this, you wake up feeling rested, rejuvenated and ready for the day. You move slowly and stretch. You open the curtains ready to welcome the new day. There are no annoying alarms. Your day is set. You know your plans. And feel connected to every detail of yor day. Your food fuels you. Your workouts rejuvenate you. You serve those who you are called to serve. And every detail is filled with utter satistfaction.
your lips curve to a smile and your heart beats with joy. You can feel your body radiating with warmth and every pulse feels like magic.
Now open your eyes...
Does that sound 'too good to be true?'
If so, let us connect ;)

It is not the result itself, but it is who you are becoming in the process. Keep showing up as her :)
